NAYA To Open 1st Suffolk Location At The Shops At SunVet In Holbrook

HOLBROOK, NY — The Lebanese chain restaurant, NAYA, is opening its first Suffolk location at the Shops at SunVet in Holbrook, according to signage.

It joins locations across Manhattan, and in Long Island City, as well as New Hyde Park and Oceanside in Nassau County.

The restaurant is known for Mediterranean-inspired bowls, wraps, and salads.

The restaurant chain was founded by Hady Kfoury, who was raised in Beirut "in a family where hospitality was second nature," and he spent summers visiting his aunt in Midtown East, which is the neighborhood where he would one day open his first restaurant, according to the restaurant's website.

"Missing the freshness, brightness, and generosity of Lebanese cooking, he set out to bring those flavors to New York in a way that felt both authentic and modern," the website stated.

In 2008, NAYA Mezze & Grill, a full-service restaurant, opened on Second Avenue with recipes crafted by his mother and aunt, according to the website.

"As momentum grew, Hady introduced NAYA, a fast-casual evolution designed to offer the same bold, Lebanese-inspired flavors in an accessible, customizable format," the website stated. "Over the next decade, he expanded NAYA thoughtfully across Manhattan and beyond, refining the menu, design, and guest experience while staying rooted in the traditions he grew up with. Today, with 40 locations across five states, NAYA continues to bring fresh, vibrant Middle Eastern food to communities across the Northeast — guided by Hady's vision and the family recipes that inspired it all."

The restaurant will be located on the east side of the development across from Nordstrom Rack, and near Aspen Dental and California Closets. The location is around 2,300-square-feet, according to Regency Center's website.
