The concept "combines advanced golf technology, entertainment, hospitality, and flexible event space within one destination," according to the company.

The facility will serve golfers looking to improve their game, businesses seeking unique event space, and friends and families looking for a new way to gather year-round.

It will feature seven state-of-the-art golf simulator bays, including three fully private bays designed for lessons, corporate outings, private events, and small group experiences.

Guests will also enjoy augmented dart boards, a bar, and comfortable social spaces designed to create an experience that extends beyond traditional golf simulators.

The facility will offer lessons with a golf professional, monthly club-fitting events with leading golf manufacturers, and memberships tailored to both serious golfers and casual players. Members will have access to private lockers and storage, while corporate users can have access to dedicated storage rooms and event opportunities.

It will also feature a reservation system that allows guests to book simulator bays online. Memberships will be available for presale in the coming months, with additional details to be announced as the opening approaches.

Patrick Lyons, owner and co-founder of Island Greens, said staffers are "excited to bring Island Greens to Station Yards and be part of the development that's growing here."

"We set out to build a place where you can really get better at golf, but also a spot where everyone can go for a fun night out with friends, all year round," he said. "Station Yards felt like a natural fit for that, and we're looking forward to opening our doors and becoming part of the community."

Jimmy Coughlan, co-president at TRITEC Real Estate Company, said Island Greens is exactly the type of experiential tenant that helps transform Station Yards into a true destination."

"As our community continues to grow, we're focused on attracting businesses that create reasons for people to spend time here, connect with others, and enjoy new experiences," he said. "Island Greens will bring a unique combination of recreation, entertainment, and hospitality that complements our growing mix of residential, retail, office, and dining options."
