SYAG Youth Lacrosse scores, highlights and photos from the past weekend.
1st Grade:
It was a tough, wet day for the 1st grade team on Saturday. Despite their best efforts, they dropped their game to a high powered Connetquot team. AJ Torres and Aaron Young played well in goal combining for 10 saves. Connetquot was able to hold the Saints of the scoreboard, despite good defensive zone clears and passing in the offensive zone by Sachem. The 1st graders next game is this Saturday at Seneca Middle School.

It was a beautiful day for lax on Sunday. Brandon Pazienza had another huge day in the cage, coming up with 10 saves. The kids played great in the first half as it was tied 6-6 at half time. Thanks to leading score JT Arena with 5 goals and 5 gb, and hard running by the midfield and Dillon Osorio who lead the team with 6 ground balls. All the players played a hard fought game and had a lot of fun.
