Brookhaven Officials To Announce 'Major Milestone' In Community Regarding Communication Services

FARMINGVILLE, NY — Brookhaven officials are expected to hold a news conference on Thursday to announce a "transformative development in communication services available to residents," according to a news release.

The news conference will take place at 12:30 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Town Hall Media Room, located at 1 Independence Hill in Farmingville.

All of the Town Board members will be available to outline the details of the new offerings, explain how residents will benefit, and discuss the broader impact on affordability and service quality.

Representatives from partnering organizations will also be present to answer questions.

Supervisor Dan Panico called it "a milestone moment for our community."

“We’re excited to share how this change will empower residents with better options and more control over their monthly costs," he added.
