Car Overturns After Crashing Into Parked Tractor-Trailer in Holbrook

A car overturned in a crash in Holbrook late Monday night.

Police say a 911 call came in at 11:39 p.m. The Holbrook Fire Department was alerted to the crash between a car and a tractor-trailer on Lincoln Avenue between Veterans Memorial Highway and Church Street. Upon arrival, Holbrook Fire Chief Chris Heinssen advised incoming units that the driver of car was able to free himself.

Police and fire crews arrived to secure the car and move it from the roadway. The driver, who police did not identify, was transported to a nearby hospital for minor injuries via a Holbrook Fire Department ambulance.
