Crash Closes Lanes On LIE

It's a slow go on the Long Island Expressway Monday morning as a crash has closed westbound lanes in Suffolk County, police said.

A 911 call came in at 9 a.m. reporting the crash near Exit 60 in Ronkonkoma, police said.

No one was seriously injured in the crash, but traffic is backed up for several miles. The westbound HOV and left lanes were closed near the crash scene as of 9:15 a.m.
