drugs on long island

My son has been an addict for 12years he is now 28yrs old. He has been in jail 7 times and 20 rehab facilities. He no longer lives at home but in shelters or on the street. I have had him arrested many times for stealing and being violent. I even evicted him from my home. he continues to get arested and they now just let him go or give him next months court date. a warrant is never issued for him,even though i speak to the DA. too many MS 13 gang members in jails now she tells me. What i want is for a Judge to mandate my son to a long term rehab facility that he cant leave till complete. My son is like a 16 year old ,has only had 2 or 3 jobs in his life and has been fired for drug use or using drugs on the job....... I hear so much on TV about how NY wants to help drug addicts but when will they do this simple thing. True addicts do not need jail they need long term rehab .........Maybe someone who reads this can make this happen because i cant!
