Season is 12 games/playoffs Team Fee: $4,800. Discounts available for early pay discount of $300 and matching, numbered complete jersey discount of $125 per team. Individual/free agent fee is $290. All players must pay $22 annual liability insurance fee. Players can also earn a two team enrollment discount of $25.
