From negotiating with insurance companies to representing clients in court, Raimondo Law provides personalized legal guidance backed by decades of litigation experience. A Landmark Victory for Long Island Motorists Raimondo Law also played a pivotal role in the proposed settlement of the landmark Suffolk County Red Light Camera class action lawsuit. After nearly a decade of litigation, the firm's attorneys helped secure a significant legal victory challenging Suffolk County's red-light camera program, ultimately leading to a settlement benefiting eligible motorists. The case reflects the firm's longstanding commitment to standing up for Long Islanders, even when that means pursuing complex litigation against powerful institutions. Experienced Representation. Personal Attention. At Raimondo Law, clients receive compassionate, individualized attention from attorneys who understand how an unexpected injury can affect every aspect of their lives. The firm is available 24/7 for legal assistance and offers free consultations. Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency-fee basis, meaning clients pay no attorney fees unless compensation is recovered. Whether you've been injured in a motor vehicle accident, suffered an injury due to negligence, or lost a loved one in a preventable accident, Raimondo Law is committed to protecting your rights and helping you move forward.
