"The Bannister Method" is designed to increase muscular balance, restoring mobility, strength, flexibility, core strength, and bringing energy into the body. The beauty of this class is that we have no traditions and traditions can lead to stagnations. You can maintain your body's capacity to function the way you need to for your particular lifestyle. It consists of a fusion of yoga; Pilates based core work, active isolated (A-I), and flexibility. Your clients/members will feel comfortable in this format leaving them rejuvenated in a non-competitive environment.
