Same Woman Robs Farmingville Carvel For Second Night In A Row

Saturday night's robbery came almost exactly 24 hours after the first one.

FARMINGVILLE, NY – The Farmingville Carvel was robbed for a second night in a row on Saturday and police believe the same woman is behind both heists.

The details of Saturday's robbery are almost exactly the same as those from Friday night.

Suffolk Police say a woman entered the shop at 400 Horseblock Road at about 10 p.m., displayed a knife and demanded cash. The employees complied and the woman fled on foot.

The robber was described as white or Hispanic, 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-5, with a stocky build and long dark hair. She was wearing a dark long-sleeved shirt and dark pants.

The same Carvel was robbed by a woman at about 9:55 p.m. Friday.

"The incidents appear to involve the same suspect," police said.
