Holbrook Fall Clean-Up a Huge Success

Volunteers collect over 100 bags of litter.

The Holbrook Beautification Committee recently partnered with the Holbrook Chamber of Commerce and Legis. Bill Lindsay III to promote the clean-up and beautification of Holbrook’s main roads and sidewalks.

Over 100 local residents, boy scouts, girl scouts, business owners and students launched from Seneca Middle School to make their neighborhood a cleaner and safer place for all. Volunteers were able to collect more than 100 bags of litter and debris throughout Holbrook and Holtsville.

“Time and time again our Holbrook community has come together, from business owners, to residents, to our young people, to clean up our roadways and side streets,” Lindsay III said. “The Holbrook Beautification Committee and the Clean-Up’s volunteers have done a tremendous job in transforming and beautifying our community. It is clear to see that their hard work has truly paid off.”
