Holbrook Gas Station, Dunkin' Donuts Robbed Thursday
Police investigating two robberies that occurred about a mile apart Thursday.

HOLBROOK, NY - Police are investigating two robberies that occurred in Holbrook on Thursday.
The first robbery occurred at about 2:40 a.m. at the Gulf gas station located at 5106 Expressway Drive South, police said. A man stole money from the cash register and fled into the passenger side of a four-door gold sedan, fleeing with an unknown driver, police said.
The other robbery occurred around 1:44 p.m. at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 411 Furrow Road. Police said a man hit a cashier’s hand and attempted to take money from him while his hand was in the register. The robber, who was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No arrests have been made in either robbery. Police are investigating whether or not the two robberies are connected.
