Lawsuit Filed Against Taco Bell For OT Violations At Farmingville, Ronkonkoma Locations
Assistant general manager files class-action suit for unpaid overtime owed to him and other employees.

A Taco Bell employee who worked at both the Ronkonkoma and Farmingville restaurants is suing the company for what he claims are violations of state labor laws related to overtime pay.
According to Waiterpay.com, an online news outlet that covers the restaurant service industry, the suit was filed on July 30 by Augustine Castillo, who charges that both locations had failed to pay him and other assistant managers overtime for when they worked more than 40 hours in the week.
The suit was filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, according to the article. Castillo and the other plaintiffs are seeking back-pay on wages, overtime pay, liquidated damages and lawyer's fees.
