Levittown Man Arrested After Second Accusation Of Forcible Touching During Massage, Police Say

A Levittown man is in custody again after a second woman came forward alleging that he forcibly touched her during a massage, police say.

SELDEN, NY — A Levittown man is in police custody for the second time in a week this morning after a second woman reported that he had inappropriately touched her during a massage, police said.

Suffolk County police reported Monday that Li-Yong He had been arrested after a woman reported that he had inappropriately touched her during a massage Sunday afternoon. Following that incident, He was charged with forcible touching and unauthorized practice of a profession, police said.

Now, after reading news reports about He’s inappropriate touching arrest, a second woman has come forth to report a similar incident, police said.

Police said Thursday that the second woman reported He inappropriately touching her during a massage Friday, April 24, between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. Following that report, He was again arrested and faces another charge of forcible touching and another charge of unauthorized practice of a profession, police said.

He’s arraignment is scheduled for Friday in Central Islip, police said. Police are also encouraging anyone who believes they’ve been a victim of similar conduct by He to call the sixth squad at 631-854-8652.
