Man, 50, Dies After Becoming Trapped Under Car In Selden: Police
The man was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead, Suffolk police say.
SELDEN, NY — A Selden man was killed while working on a vehicle in his driveway this morning, police said.
Nadeem Ahmad was working underneath a 2002 Toyota Camry in the driveway of his home, which is located on Tuscala Street, when the vehicle became dislodged from the jack and rolled down the driveway, trapping him underneath, at around 8:15 a.m., according to police.
Ahmad, 50, was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
