Man Hit Pedestrian With Pickup Truck at 7-Eleven, Fled Scene: Police

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who struck a man with his pickup truck while backing out of a parking space at a 7-Eleven.
On Jan. 12 at about 10 p.m., a man driving a white Chevrolet pickup truck hit a pedestrian at 7-Eleven located at 876 Johnson Ave. in Ronkonkoma. The driver was last seen fleeing the scene west on Johnson Avenue.
The driver is described as his early 30s, about 5-foot-10, with a medium build and. He appears to have olive skin and was wearing a black wool cap and a black zippered sweat shirt.
