Man Stabs Acquaintance In Ronkonkoma, Is Charged W/ Assault: Cops
The men were having an argument when one stabbed the other several times, seriously injuring him, police say.
RONKONKOMA, NY — A man was arrested and charged after Suffolk police say he stabbed someone he knew early Wednesday morning in Ronkonkoma.
Sean Rose, 29, of Islip Terrace, was arguing with another man in an apartment at 100 Ronkonkoma Ave., Ronkonkoma, when he stabbed him multiple times around 3:05 a.m., police said.
The victim, 39, who lives in the apartment, was seriously injured and brought to Stony Brook University Hospital, police said.

Police found Rose in Central Islip following an investigation, they said. He was charged with first-degree assault. Rose will be held overnight for arraignment scheduled Thursday at First District Court in Central Islip.
