Man Struck By Long Island Rail Road Train In Ronkonkoma
The 63-year-old was taken to an area hospital, and MTA police are investigating, an MTA spokesman said.

RONKONKOMA, NY — A 63-year-old man was struck by a train at the Long Island Rail Road station in Ronkonkoma Saturday night, Metropolitan Transportation Authority spokesman Aaron Donovan said Monday.
The man, whose name had not been released, was struck at about 6:30 p.m., and he was taken to an area hospital, according to Donovan. MTA police "are investigating the circumstances," he said.
