New Bakery Celebrates Ronkonkoma Grand Opening
Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Kathleen Walsh helps new owners cut the ribbon for new business.
The Sachem community has a new bakery option on Hawkins Avenue after the grand opening of S & D Pastry, which offers a blend of Italian and American baked goods.
Owners Sam and Donnajean Rossomano, the bakery's staff and members of the Ronkonkoma Chamber of Commerce were joined by Brookhaven Town Councilwoman Kathleen Walsh for its official ribbon cutting ceremony.
“This is a small family owned business," Councilwoman Walsh stated in a release. "I welcome them to the Town of Brookhaven and wish them well. We should all support small business owners and take advantage of the services they provide.”
