New State VFW Commander From Ronkonkoma Post
State, local leaders welcome home Ronkonkoma-based veteran after being named State Commander.
New York State Assemblyman Al Graf (R,C,I-Holbrook) visited members of the Ronkonkoma William F. Taylor VFW Post 9486 as they celebrated the homecoming of Post member Michael Pascal, after he was recently installed as the State VFW Commander.
"We are very proud to commend a local veteran in our community for rising to this prestigious post,” Graf stated in a release. “Mike has spent his life serving the veteran community and we are lucky to have him here in Ronkonkoma. I congratulate him and his entire family for this great and well-deserved honor.”
Pascal served in the Army in Vietnam from 1966-1969.
