A corporate jet caused a stir early Tuesday morning when it skidded off the runway at MacArthur Airport.<a href="http://longisland.news12.com/story/36561935/faa-investigates-after-plane-slides-off-runway-at-macarthur" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">According to News 12</a>, the plane was taxiing for takeoff when it skidded off the runway. There were nine people on board, including the crew, and none of them were injured. <a href="http://www.newsday.com/beta/long-island/suffolk/macarthur-airport-legacy-corporate-jet-winds-up-on-grass-1.14418222" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Newsday reported</a> that no other flights at the airport were affected.
