Police are investigating an armed robbery at a KFC restaurant in Centereach Friday night. Two men entered the fast food joint at 1990 Middle Country Road at about 7:30 p.m. and one of them men displayed a handgun and demanded money, police said. The two men fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. The KFC closed down after the robbery as police investigated on scene.
