Robbers Hit Man With His Own Rifle In Lake Ronkonkoma

A Lake Ronkonkoma man was struck with a rifle during a robbery last week, police said.

According to police, three rifles were stolen out of the trunk of a 2014 Jetta of Saint Joseph Avenue around 2 a.m. on May 18.

When the "complainant went out to confront the people and they hit him with one of the rifles," police said.

No arrests have been made.
