Sachem Alum DeMola Scores 2 in NY Lizards Debut
East alum finds the back of the net in professional debut.
Sachem East alum Vito DeMola made his professional lacrosse debut Sunday.
DeMola chipped in two goals in the New York Lizards' season-opening 14-11 victory over the Boston Cannons at Hofstra's University's James M. Shuart Stadium.
The Holtsville resident led Dowling College to its first ever national championship last year.
The Lizards hit the road for their three games. You can catch DeMola back at Hofstra when the Lizards host Charlotte on May 31.
