We are now a couple weeks into spring, which means events popping up all over Long Island. Click on the link to check out 48 different events happening this weekend on LI. (Patch)
  2. Weekend weather forecast brings back the sun. It's been a brutal week for weather, with wind, rain, and unseasonably low temperatures. The good news is that all changes today. Friday will be much milder with sun and clouds and temps reaching near 60. Saturday brings the only rain with some showers in the morning but clearing just in time for a nice day. Sunday is a little chillier with temperatures in the low 50s, but the sun will be shining. (Weather.com)
  3. ICYMI: Former Sachem Lax player Hailey Rhatigan excelling in college at Mercer. Rhatigan is leading Mercer to their best start since 2017. She ranks fourth nationally in goals per game, fifth nationally in points per game and just became the second player in the program's history to reach 200 career points.
