- Airbnb cracks down on rental parties. A representative said, "We believe there is a direct correlation between our implementation of the policy in August 2020 and a 44 percent year-over-year global drop in the rate of party reports. We've seen even more success in New York, where there's been a 62 percent year-over-year drop in party reports." Gatherings of 16 or more people are considered parties, according to Airbnb. (Patch)
