The week has started off with frigid temperatures after an enjoyable warm-front last week, but temps will rise as the week goes on and we have you covered with local happenings around town. You can check out a ballet class at Ballet Long Island or live wresting at The Sports Arena on Saturday. (Sachem Patch)
  2. Sachem area pets up for adoption: Meet Kenzi, Jeff, Joannie & More. 5 million pets are available each year for adoption. Long Island has many pets up for adoption, and we've highlighted Sachem area pets that you can bring home and make part of your family.
