Happy Tuesday, neighbors! Here's everything worth knowing today in town.

First, today's weather:

  1. Suffolk PD investigating series of break-ins in Brookhaven Town. Five businesses have been burglarized between last Sunday in Holbrook and Friday morning in Farmingville, police said. Police are investigating if these burglaries are connected. In all of the burglaries a window or door was smashed to gain access to the building. If you have any information, please call Suffolk County Crimestoppers at 1-800-221-TIPS. (Sachem Patch)
