As part of the comprehensive project Sara Ann created a website, stressinteens.com, with a seven-part video series where she shares helpful information on how to deal with stress. The website includes topics such as what stress is, time management, exercise and sleep. Inspired by the increase in stress brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, she put together this resource to assist other teens in dealing with the stress she felt during this time.
Sara Ann plans to study biomedical engineering on a pre-med track when she attends college in the fall.
