- Sachem High School East students spread holiday cheer. The students Work Based Learning Club decorated Triangle Park and the firehouse. Farmingville Chamber of Commerce for sponsored the event. (Press Release Desk)
- Check out these upcoming open houses in the Town of Brookhaven. The open houses are for newly listed homes and are happening in the next few days. Click the link for more information and photos on the homes. (Sachem Patch)
- Residents flock to Suffolk Traffic Court after system goes back online after cyberattack. An estimated 250 to 300 people are showing up daily to get traffic violations squared away. The system went down on Sept. 8 from a ransomware attack on the county. The county has waived all late fees. (Sachem Patch)
