Sachem High School North science research student Ethan Francilot was recently accepted into the 2022 Simons Summer Research Program at Stony Brook University, a highly competitive program which seeks high school applicants from across the country.

The fellowship program matches apprentices with faculty mentors to work as part of a team on an original science research project. Ethan will be working with Dr. Berhane Ghebrehiwet to investigate the immunopathology of COVID-19.
