Lakeland Industries to Report Third Quarter Results: This week, Lakeland Industries, Inc. will report its third quarter results for the 2012 fiscal year, according to Markewire. These results involve the third quarter and nine months ended October 31, 2011, and will be released at stock market close on Wednesday, December 7. The report will also be released by way of a conference call led by Christopher J. Ryan, Lakeland's President and CEO, and Gary Pokrassa, Lakeland's Chief Financial Officer at 4:30 p.m. eastern on the same day.

CVD Launches New Product Line: CVD Equipment Corporation recently released a new line of chemical vapor-deposited three dimensional graphene products to be marketed under the trade name CVD3DGraphene(TM), according to Business Wire. The products' highly customizable cellular material platform is based on a three dimensional graphene foam-like material having several two dimensional graphene sheets.

The company reports that such materials can undergo chemical vapor deposition, electro deposition, or chemical grafting to develop even more advanced materials. It anticipates that this new line will enable new high performance products in the future.

VAI Closes out 2011 With Expanded Customer Base, Partner Network: At the end of a prosperous year, Vormittag Associates, Inc. reported this week a summary of its growth. According to Marketwire, the ERP software provider added companies Au'Some Inc., candy manufacturer and distributor; Gamma Powersports Parts & Accessories, distributor of power sports parts; Kerotest Manufacturing Corp., producer of metal and plastic valves for the natural gas, chemical and steam markets; and Midwest Veterinary Purchasing Cooperative, Canadian-based distributor targeting the veterinary community, to its customer base. Likewise, VAI expanded its partnerships to include ADP, Xpedium and Agile Network.

This growth coincides with a successful year of recognition for the company, with awards such as the Golden Bridge Award for Innovation in Mobile Service and Interactive Media Award (IMA) for Outstanding Achievement in Computer Software under its belt. VAI also released a considerable amount of new software, such as the S2K Enterprise Software, in 2011.
