Meet representatives from various Long Island Agencies and Organizations who will assist and support students transitioning from High School to the Adult World.

Open to all Parents, Guardians, Students, Teachers and Counselors.

Over 50 Agencies will be attending:

Parent to Parent, Life’s Worc, SANYS, Long Island Advocacy, AHRC, FREE, Ken’s Krew, Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck, Human First, Maryhaven, ETP, Community Enterprise, YAI and many more….
