Search On For Man Who Used Swiped Cards At Brookhaven 7-Elevens
The suspect left the convenience stores in a silver BMW sedan with European-style license plates, Suffolk police said.

CENTEREACH, NY — Suffolk Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s help in identifying — and finding — a man police say used stolen bank cards in Brookhaven Town back in September.
Police said a woman reported that her purse, which included cash, as well as bank cards, was stolen from her 2016 Chevrolet Cruz parked outside a home on Butler Court in Centereach at about 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 22. A man then used the stolen cards at two 7-Eleven locations — one on Mark Tree Road in Centereach, the other at 1201 Montauk Highway in East Patchogue, according to police.
The suspect left the convenience stores in a silver BMW sedan with European-style license plates, police said. In surveillance video, the man can be seen in the convertible BMW with the top down.
