Police Release Details In Lake Ronkonkoma Crash

LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY – Four people were injured in a crash in Lake Ronkonkoma Thursday evening.

Suffolk County Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Hawkins Avenue and Newton Boulevard at approximately 6:28 p.m. Four people from a 2010 Nissan were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There were no injuries to the driver of the GMC.

Ronkonkoma firefighters were on the scene to cut trapped victims out of the Nissan.
