Silver Alert Issued for Missing Holbrook Woman
The 48-year-old woman suffers from mental illness, police say.
The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Holbrook woman who suffers from mental illness.
Debra Ann Stallone, 48, was last seen at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue on Tuesday, July 12.
Stallone is white, 5-foot-1, 150 pounds with blue eyes and long brown hair. She walks with a cane and was last seen wearing light gray pants and a dark blue shirt. She was carrying a pink drawstring type knapsack.

Anyone with information about her location is asked to call 911 or Fifth Squad Detectives at 631-854-8552.
