Suffolk Arrest Report: April 30

A look at some recent arrests in the county.

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.

A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

First Precinct

  • April 28: Kenneth Lloyd, 33, of Astoria was arrested in North Amityville and was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. LLoyd had a loaded gun, according to the charge.
  • April 27: Walter Penagomez, 31, of Bay Shore was arrested in Deer Park and was charged with three counts of filing a false instrument: intent to defraud.
  • April 26: An 18-year-old male from Bay Shore was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. The teen had a loaded gun, according to the charge.

Second Precinct

  • April 26: Ivan Gutierrezalacantra, 20, from Freeport was arrested in East Northport and was charged with third-degree grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. Gutierrezalacantra was found with over $3,000 worth of stolen goods, according to the charge.
  • April 26: Robert Harris, 58, of Coram was arrested in Commack and was charged with third-degree robbery.
  • April 21: Eric Martinezhernandez, 28, of Melville was arrested in Deer Park and was charged with third-degree sexual abuse and driving while intoxicated.
  • April 21: Tracy Bue, 52, of Northport and was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary.

  • April 28: William Mitchell, 20, of Central Islip was arrested in Central Islip and was charged with first-degree robbery.
  • April 27: Nayshawn James, 21, of Wyandanch was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with assault with the intent to cause serious injury with a weapon.
  • April 27: Ricardo Alvarez, 24, of Wyandanch was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with second-degree robbery.
  • April 27: Brian Alvarez, 22, of Bay Shore was arrested in Bay Shore and was charged with second-degree robbery, petit larceny, and two counts of second-degree criminal contempt.

Fourth Precinct

  • April 26: Peter Chardon Jr., 62, of Old Field was arrested in Hauppauge and was charged with two counts of second-degree grand larceny. Chardon stole property worth over $50,000, according to the charge.
  • April 26: Tara Inzinna, 41, of Lindenhurst was arrested in Hauppauge and was charged with second-degree grand larceny for having property worth over $50,000. Inzinna stole property worth over $50,000, according to the charge.

Fifth Precinct

  • April 27: James Skelly, 57, of Lindenhurst was arrested in Bellport and was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. He stole property worth over $1,000, according to the charge.
  • April 27: Jason Carlos, 39, of Holbrook was arrested in Holbrook and was charged with third-degree grand larceny.

Sixth Precinct

  • April 28: Sherri Obligenhart, 42, of Coram was arrested in Coram and was charged with assault with the intent to cause physical injury with a weapon.

Seventh Precinct

  • April 27: Rafael Gonzalezaguilar, 32, of Mastic was arrested in Manorville and was charged with first-degree sexual abuse. He had contact with a victim under 11 years old, according to the charge.
  • April 26: Jose Diazdiaz, 44, of Bellport was arrested in Shirley and was charged with second-degree course of sexual conduct with a child for having contact with a victim under 11 years old, according to the charge. He was additionally charged with second-degree sexual abuse for having contact with a victim under 14 years old, according to the charge.
