Suspicious Person Report Locks Down Sachem Schools

LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY- A report of a suspicious person in Lake Ronkonkoma briefly locked down Sachem schools Tuesday afternoon.

The lockdown has now been lifted, police said.

Police did not say what was suspicious about the person, but police were unable to locate the person. Police did not release any other details, including where in Lake Ronkonkoma the person was seen, but it was not at a school.
