Two Top-Winning TAKE 5 Tickets Sold On Long Island

One ticket is worth around $20,000, the other $38,000, NY lottery officials say.

LONG ISLAND, NY — New York Lottery officials Friday that two top-winning TAKE 5 tickets for Thursday's midday and evening drawings were sold on Long Island.

The first ticket for the midday drawing was sold at Rag Time Discount on South Main Street in Freeport. It was worth $20,658.50.

The second ticket for the evening drawing was 7-Eleven on North Ocean Avenue in Farmingville. It was worth $38,815.

TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39 in a televised twice-daily drawing at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
