UMI Hotpot Sushi And Seafood Buffet To Open 1st Long Island Location On Wednesday In Lake Ronkonkoma
It will feature a massive, high-quality buffet with hotpot, sushi and sashimi, oysters, lobster, snow and king crab, and grilled lamb chops.
LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY — UMI Hotpot Sushi and Seafood Buffet will open its first Long Island location in Lake Ronkonkoma on Wednesday, according to the restaurant's post on Facebook.
The chain has other locations in Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and upstate.
"Come indulge in a massive, high-quality buffet spread featuring hotpot, fresh sushi and sashimi, oysters, lobster, snow crab, king crab, grilled lamb chops, and so much more," the post stated.

The restaurant is offering patrons free King Crab legs for sharing its flyer on Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, or TikTok.
"Tag your seafood squad below, share the flyer, and come celebrate our opening with us," the post concluded.
