Event Description
Does your child love to make people laugh, play theater games, and use their imagination?
Improv Squad at Bay Street Theater is a fun, high-energy camp where students explore the world of improvisation through games, storytelling, and creative exercises.
Working with a Bay Street teaching artist, students will learn what makes improv so exciting while building confidence, listening skills, and teamwork. Through playful activities and imaginative exercises, campers will discover how improvisation connects to acting and live theater.
Throughout the week, participants will experiment with different improv techniques and even invent their own games and exercises.
The camp concludes with a special improv performance for family and friends where students get to show off what they’ve learned.
Perfect for kids who love to perform, think on their feet, and have fun being creative.
Ages: 7–9
Tuition: $550 for the full week
Full Schedule
Monday – 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Tuesday – 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Wednesday – 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Thursday – 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Friday – 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Drop-off begins at 9:15 AM.
Students should bring a water bottle and snack and wear comfortable clothes for movement and indoor/outdoor activities.
