My Life: The Musical! (Ages 7–9)

What if your life became a musical? In My Life: The Musical!, young performers spend the week creating their very own original musical from the ground up.

Students collaborate with a professional teaching artist to develop characters, scenes, and songs inspired by their own ideas and experiences. Through theater games, improvisation, movement, and music, campers explore the fundamentals of acting, singing, storytelling, and ensemble performance.

The program is designed to build confidence, creativity, and collaboration while introducing students to the fun and excitement of musical theater. Throughout the week, campers rehearse and refine their material as they work together to shape their original show.

The camp concludes with a special performance for family and friends, where students share the musical they created together.
