Recovery in Motion is our new collaboration series with Truth Training, bringing HYROX-inspired movement together with intentional recovery through Dragon Hemp Apothecary’s Warming Balm and Cooling Balm.

Led by Lisa from Truth Training, each class is designed to help you prepare, perform, and recover with care.
