HARBORFROST Returns To Sag Harbor in Just One Week

Celebrating 15 Years of Fire, Ice, Music, and Winter Magic

— With HarborFrost almost one week away, the Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce is excited to kick off the final countdown to the Village’s beloved winter festival, taking place on Saturday, February 7, with a special ticketed opening celebration on Friday evening at the Sag Harbor Cinema. This milestone year marks the 15th anniversary of HarborFrost and promises a weekend filled with vibrant programming, community connection, and a wide range of events hosted by local Chamber members throughout the Village.


HarborFrost continues to be a signature winter tradition, bringing energy and activity to Sag Harbor during the quieter season. This year’s celebration features a full lineup of experiences created by Chamber businesses and community partners, inviting residents and visitors alike to explore, gather, and enjoy the spirit of the Village.
The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its 2026 sponsors, whose support helps bring HarborFrost to life. Sag Harbor Yacht Club is the official sponsor of Saturday night’s fireworks, one of the most iconic and anticipated moments of the weekend. Long Island Ice Company is supporting the festival’s ice installations and carvings, adding striking visual elements and seasonal magic throughout the Village.

Friday Night Kickoff: Taste of Sag Harbor
The Official Opening Celebration
HarborFrost weekend begins with Taste of Sag Harbor, the official kickoff party, held Friday evening at the Sag Harbor Cinema. This ticketed cocktail celebration is open to Chamber members and non-members alike and serves as the festive launch to the weekend’s events.
Guests will enjoy curated tastings from local restaurants, drink specials at the Cinema’s Green Room Bar, and a silent auction. Taste of Sag Harbor highlights the culinary excellence of the Village while supporting the production of HarborFrost’s signature programming.

Saturday Festival Highlights: 1:00–6:00 PM
On Saturday, Sag Harbor becomes a walkable winter village from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m., with events and activations taking place throughout the Village. Live music, seasonal menus, shopping, art, and special experiences hosted by Chamber member businesses create a full afternoon of discovery and celebration.

A signature element of HarborFrost is the return of Ice Memories’ Richard Daly, who will present live ice sculpting performances and carving demonstrations at Steinbeck Park by Long Wharf and at the southern end of Main Street. With the support of Long Island Ice Company, ice sculptures and installations will appear throughout the Village, adding visual excitement and interactive moments for visitors.

The evening concludes with World-Famous Fireworks by Grucci, launched from the end of Long Wharf at approximately 5:30 p.m. This year’s fireworks are proudly sponsored by Sag Harbor Yacht Club, whose support ensures one of HarborFrost’s most cherished traditions continues to shine.
