Arthur Ave comes to Central Ave with Pizza One

If you like Arthur Ave Italian food you'll love Pizza One, the new restaurant at 365 Central Park Ave. Amy Demaj and Eddie-- the proprietors of the new restaurant, have been in the restaurant business for over twenty years. Among the restaurants they own are Luna Café in the Bronx.

Pizza One (telephone: 914-999-8000) is open from 10 AM to 10 PM daily. Besides pizza you can enjoy delicious soups, stuffed garlic knots, salads, gourmet pizza and pasta dishes. They offer patrons wraps and paninis, wedges and calzones. Their cheesecake, Red velvet cakes and Gelato have received rave reviews from constituents.

By the way-- you can try the Greenburgh salad (Romaine, Goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and grilled chicken or the Edgemont salad- mixed greens, walnuts, roasted peppers, cranberries and apples.

The Greenburgh wraps/paninis consist of Roast beef, American or provolone cheese and Russian dressing. The Edgemont option will get you chicken cutlet, bacon, and yellow, American cheese with Russian dressing.
