Westchester Community for Humanistic Judaism

WCHJ, a local affiliate of the Society for Humanistic Judaism, offers a non-theistic alternative in contemporary Jewish life. Humanistic Judaism embraces a human-centered philosophy that combines the celebration of Jewish culture and identity with an adherence to humanistic values and ideas. We value our Jewish identity and the aspects of Jewish culture that offer a genuine expression of their contemporary way of life, but do not and do not want to pretend to believe in the biblical god.
