Following the presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to savor a traditional Cochin Jewish lunch featuring:

- Resaya pulav (fragrant rice cooked with turmeric and coconut milk, a Cochin Jewish specialty)
- Cabbage thoran (cabbage stir-fried with spiced coconut)

Rajni Menon is a Kerala-born private chef, artist, and the founder of Creativerajni, where culinary heritage meets creativity and contemporary luxury.
With over 18 years of culinary experience, Rajni draws inspiration from the food traditions she grew up with in Kerala, where cooking was deeply woven into family, celebration, and hospitality. Her cuisine reflects that heritage while embracing the elegance and artistry of modern fine dining.
Her culinary journey has taken her from Kerala to New York, including training at the Institute of Culinary Education and experience in the kitchen of Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges. Her work has earned recognition as a 2022 Best of Westchester honouree, reflecting her ability to turn a meal into something far beyond food: an immersive experience rooted in culture, creativity, and connection.
