Chopt Creative Salad Opens 4th Restaurant In Westchester

SCARSDALE, NY, — Chopt Creative Salad Company, the fast-casual chain, will open its newest location in Scarsdale Friday April 28. This is the brand’s fourth location in the Westchester area, with other locations in Rye Brook, Dobbs Ferry and Mount Kisco, and its 42nd location nationally.

"We’re so excited to continue our expansion in the Westchester area," said Colin McCabe, Co-Founder of Chopt. "Since we first opened, we’ve been on a mission to get people to crave, truly crave, salad. They said it couldn’t be done but here we are — thrilled to partner with the active, health conscious community of Scarsdale to bring our dream to fruition.”

The Scarsdale location features 68 seats, including communal dining areas and a "Little Choprs Corner" for children to play and eat as well as custom designed “Kid Surfers” wallpaper by Batabasta, a design duo who Chopt has partnered with to create bespoke wallpapers for the brand, according to a spokeswoman.

Chopt Scarscale also has a large outdoor patio with 28 seats, which will have a custom cornhole set for guests to play and enjoy.

The Scarsdale Chopt is located at 1180 Wilmot Rd. and can be reached at 914-472-7501. Chopt is open from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday through Saturday.
