Discount Deals: Ben's in Scarsdale Introduces A Bevy of New Promotional Offerings
New promotions include three low-cost, prix-fixe meals on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 2016 and two special offers for kids

Ronald M. Dragoon, the founder of Ben’s Restaurant Group, is known for coming up with new promotional offerings for his seven kosher restaurants and the month of February, 2016 is no exception.
At Ben’s in Scarsdale, guests who order from a special Valentine’s Day menu on Feb. 14, 2016 will receive an entrée, a choice of soup, and a bottomless fountain beverage or soda or tea.
The holiday meals being offered are stuffed chicken breast with a side ($19.99), short ribs with two sides ($21.99) and salmon with two sides ($22.49). A bottle of Baron Herzog wine can be included for an additional $9.99. The prices do not include tax or gratuity.

While waiting for their meals to arrive, patrons can nosh on delicious, freshly made cole slaw and pickles.

During February, any sandwich or entrée on the regular menu that is purchased by an adult at Ben’s of Scarsdale can be accompanied by an item of equal or lesser value from the kid’s menu for $3.99 — one kid’s deal per one adult meal. This offer applies for in-restaurant dining only (no takeout) and cannot be combined with any one of other Ben’s discount offers.
Children will receive a free President’s Day (Feb. 15, 2016) ruler listing all U.S. presidents from George Washington to Barack Obama while the gift supplies last.
Other offers
Customers who have dinner on a Wednesday at Ben’s of Scarsdale can present their checks at the deli counter and receive a $5 discount on take-home purchases of $25 or more. The purchase must be made on the same day and this offer cannot be combined with other Ben’s discount deals.
Also on Wednesday, four special dinner platters are offered at $16.99 each, beginning at 4 p.m. The dinners are:
- Corned beef. Comes with cabbage and boiled potato
- Meat loaf. With mashed potatoes, rich brown gravy and corn
- Chicken in the pot
- Chef’s choice
The chicken in the pot meal is a generous portion of tasty food for hearty eaters. It includes an oversized matzo ball, kreplach, noodles, peas, and carrots, accompanied by a huge serving of chicken protruding in a large delightful potful of soup.
Every Thursday, a $19.99 “Thanksgiving” dinner is served from 4 p.m. to closing. The dinner includes a choice of soup, roast turkey (either white or dark meat with cranberry sauce), lumpy mashed potatoes or candied sweet potatoes, gravy and peas and carrots (substitutions are permitted for the vegetables).
